Hanyue holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Fuzhou University, China and graduated from Emily Carr University of Art + Design in Vancouver, specializing in Digital Media. As a native Mandarin speaker with experience teaching art to Chinese and international students, she bridges Eastern and Western artistic approaches in her lessons.
With over three years specializing in anime-style illustration, Hanyue has mastered creating lively fictional characters/animation - a skill she loves sharing through bilingual (English/Mandarin) instruction. Her teaching style breaks down complex designs into joyful, step-by-step lessons that help young artists:
